Checkbox also supports matter creation through structured forms intake via the Workflow product. Follow the steps below to set up and utilize this feature.
Prerequisites
- The Workflow product needs to be enabled by Checkbox. Please contact your customer manager to activate this feature.
Steps to Create Matters via Structured Forms Intake

Create a Solution
- Navigate to the Solutions tab.
- Create a new solution tailored to your needs.

- Within the solution, create a form to collect the necessary information.
- Customize the form fields to match the specific data required for the matter.

Connect via the Ticket Block
- Use the ticketing block available in Studio to connect the form to your matter management system.
- Configure the workflow to ensure the collected information is properly directed and processed.
