Internal Project Teams

To create assessments from an Internal Project Team:

1. On the landing page of the Project Team, click Assessments and then + New Assessment to begin.

External Project Teams

Assessments in External Project Teams are created using a public URL without requiring users to sign in, with the option to request a security code or not. This is beneficial if you want fewer restrictions for users while adding an extra layer of security when starting assessments.

Note: Applications deployed publicly with a security code require the code to be re-entered if the assessment is returned to a later date.

1. To know which URL to use, navigate to the landing page of the Project Team where the Access URL and Security Code (if required) can be attained.

3. This URL directs users to the landing page from where they will begin the assessment. Every time "Start" is clicked, a new assessment is created.

Embedding Public URLs

To embed your link inside a button, use the "form", specifying the URL in the "action" attribute.

<form action="">

<input type="submit" value="Go to Checkbox" />

Use an "<a>" which you should style to look like a button using "appearance" properties

<a href="" class="button">Go to Checkbox</a>

a.button {
    -webkit-appearance: button;
    -moz-appearance: button;
    appearance: button;

    text-decoration: none;
    color: initial;

For javascript, set the "window.location.href"

<input type="button" onclick="location.href='';" value="Go to Checkbox" />

Accessing assessments later

For your user to continue an Assessment later, they should:

  1. Before exiting the Assessment, click Access Later on the top right of the page.

  2. (a) Save the continuation link; or
    Enter their email and click Send to have the continuation link emailed to them.

  3. To continue the Assessment from the page they exited from, access the link.
