Matter Management

Features

  1. Editable Thread Names: Thread names can not be renamed to better capture the context of the conversation. Thread names do not affect the email subject when using the on-platform email composer.

Enhancements

  1. File Upload to Matter: Size limit has increased from 20MB to 50MB.
  2. Email Intake: EML/MSG formats now supported. Previously any emails with .eml or .msg file formats would fail.

Bug Fixes

Resolved the following bugs:

  1. Users could update matter field field labels with empty value.
  2. Archived matter fields would show up as UUID in the matters instead of the value.
  3. Date field was missing operators: Is Between, Is Last, Is Next.
  4. Multi-select field was missing operators: Is Exactly and Is not Exactly.
  5. Default values on matter layouts could not be de-selected.
  6. Merge matters search was limited to 15 matters.
  7. Metric widget: Date/time field attribute “period” would disappear
  8. MM Dashboards: Sorting was not working in list view
  9. Ticket Block: Optional file/doc uploads would create corrupted matters (BMW)
  10. Matter Fields: Short text was missing icon in config panel
  11. Board Filters: Filters do not respect 'empty' cells in rules
  12. Default intake email layout: Issue where all matter layout were defaulting to ‘General Request’
