Workflow

  • Introduced Workflow group error handling feature to notify administrators when a workflow group becomes empty or with deactivated users only to prevent assessment errors
  • Scheduled Assessment Creation - weekly, monthly and hourly frequency types are now available 

  • New “Creation Method” variable has been made available in widgets as we now have multiple creation methods e.g. API, Scheduled, Manual, Bulk Import
  • We added the functionality to be able to set specific cells in a TABLE block to be required as well as be able to specify the minimum number of rows the end user must add

  • Added mobile number as an (optional) input field for Docusign where 2FA is enabled

Bug fixes

  1. Fixed the double spinning animation issue on the spinner within the ‘Next’ button on the Login page
  2. Fixed the discrepancy on document status displayed between AdobeSign and Checkbox
  3. Fixed issues where there were missing users in the database USER field dropdown

AI Agent

  • We improved our Q&A evaluation benchmark by adding multi-turn conversations and incomplete questions

  • We added support for tables in source documents 🥳

  • We added support for nested lists (up to two levels) in source documents

  • We improved support for relative dates in conversations e.g. “Create me a contract review due tomorrow”

  • AI Assistant will only respond when included in the “TO” field for email intake channel

  • We added option for authors to thumbs up or thumbs down AI Assistant responses to help refine and improve on the AI quality

Bug fixes

  1. Fixed matter creation when follow-up questions were disabled - In certain cases, if follow-up questions were disabled in the workflow configuration, users encountered errors when attempting to create a new matter.
  2. Fixed public assessments not being linked in AI Assistant - Public apps were not being correctly linked to AI Assistant when follow-up questions toggle was disabled.
  3. Limited AI Assistant action description to 1,000 characters - AI Assistant action descriptions had no enforced character limit, leading non-response error.

Matter Management

Features

Enhancement

  1. Email intake: Allow sdfc.net auto forwarding emails
  2. Board Views: Sorting on fields is saved as part of view. Single column only.

Bug Fixes

  1. Date Picker: Previously, date/picker would still outside of the screen. Now, date/picker opens as a popup in the center of the screen.
  2. Assignee field now pulls board members only. Previously the field was pulling all users across the entire account.
  3. Matter refresh rates increased from 1min → 10 mins.
  4. Stuttering in long-text input fields fixed.
