AI Agent
-
Default Assignee for matters created by AI Agent
- You can now set a default assignee for each “Create Matter” action in AI Agent. Previously there was no way to automatically set assignees for matters created via AI Agent. We are hoping to have either rules-based or AI-based assignment in IMM in future
-
Enabling users to ask clarifying questions and the AI agent will also ask clarifying questions
-
We now support the ability for users to ask clarifying questions. An example of such is the following:
- User: “What is our Whistleblower policy?”
- AI Agent: “The whistleblower policy is….”
- User: “Explain in more detail”← clarifying question
-
On the flip side, the AI agent will also ask clarifying questions where relevant
-

Action Customization Simplification - The following two configuration options have been removed:
- Action Instruction
- Action Response
