AIA

Features

  • GPT 4.1 model upgrade of AI Agent - We upgraded to the new OpenAI GPT 4.1 model for AI Agent
  • In-line citations - We now show citations in AI Agent responses. This means that the AI Agent will be able to show where it got an answer from (which specific paragraph in a source document it's getting an answer from).

  • GPT 4.1 model upgrade for AI term extraction - We upgraded to the new OpenAI GPT 4.1 model for AI Term Extraction

Bugs

  • Fixed issue where AIA access links were broken
  • Fixed bug where “Confirm and Proceed” button remains disabled if extract terms fields are blank

Matter Management

Features

  • (Beta) AI Matter Summary [Opt-in only]
  1. Button on matters that summarises key information around the original request including:
    1. Who raised the request
    2. When the request was raised
    3. Topic of the request
    4. Recent activities on the matter

    1. Request Portal:

      1. New dedicated section for requesters to see and access their requests.
      2. Quick filters to see open/in-progress vs. closed requests.
      3. Access:
        1. Portal access link via the admin panel under the Requestor Portal tab
        2. (Coming Soon) Email & Slack: When a matter is submitted, requesters will see two buttons:
          1. View Request – takes them to the specific request
          2. View Request Portal – takes them to their personal dashboard

      1. Status Bar showing the stage of the request based on the ‘Primary Status’ chosen in the Matter Layouts

      2. Summary Fields: Assignee, current status, created/updated times (localized)
      3. Communications Log: Emails, Slack messages, AI agent interactions, or workflow updates where the requester was directly involved
      4. Files: Only those where the requester was explicitly included

Enhancements

  1. Email Intake: Now accepts emails from all external system sources. This supports cases where customers want to create matters from system generated messages e.g. JIRA, Salesforce, ZIP etc.
  2. Modals can now be closed by pressing ‘ESC’
  3. Matter Layouts: Update to the layout editing UI
  4. On-platform Matter Create UI Update: Revamped the look of the side modal
  5. Matters and boards now come with skeleton loads. Previously had an empty state UI that was misleading to the user, with text like ‘No matters found’ while matters were loading.
  6. Slack Intake: Now supports creating matters on all non-user messages including Slack Workflow messages and JIRA system messages.

Bug Fixes

Fixed the following bugs:

  1. Pie Chart >> Multi-select fields: Previously grouped by combination of labels, now groups by individual labels.
