December 2025 Release Notes

December’s release delivers targeted improvements to how teams communicate and manage matters. Workflow and Matter Management enhancements reduce manual steps, while AIA updates improve matter creation and follow-up across email and other channels.

AI Agent (AIA)

Enhancements

  1. Role-based redirects for newly created matters
    Matters created by AIA now open in the most relevant view based on the user’s role. Requestors are directed to the requestor portal, while matter agents and admins are taken straight to the matter agent view.
  2. Email thread tracking for AIA-created matters
    When a matter is created via AIA through email, subsequent replies in the same email thread are now automatically tracked within the matter, improving continuity and visibility.
  3. Clearer, more concise AIA responses
    Matter creation confirmations from the AI agent are now less verbose, making it easier to quickly understand what action was taken.

Matter Management

Enhancements

  1. Ticket Block: compose messages directly
    Messages in the Ticket Block can now be written directly in the editor, rather than relying only on variables. Variables can still be referenced as needed, giving teams more flexibility when configuring tickets. 
  2. Delete emails from matters
    Users can now delete individual emails from a matter, helping keep matter timelines clean and relevant.

    Scheduled task email forms now include an optional CC field.
