Premium Checkbox Feature
Usage of this feature requires account access to Premium Checkbox features. For queries related to your licence agreement, ask your account administrator to contact your Checkbox Account Manager.
What is a Global Project Team?
A Global Project Team is a Project Team that includes all users in the organisation. This means that anyone in the organisation registered on the Checkbox platform is able to access and run Assessments through the Global Project Team.
When should you use a Global Project Team?
Global Project Teams should be used when there is an App that the entire organisation may need to use internally. A common use case is a NDA (Non-disclosure Agreement) generator App which may need to be accessible and used by almost all departments in an organisation.
Can anyone create a Global Project Team?
No, only the Team Administrator of the Project Team can toggle to create a Global Project Team.
How to create a Global Project Team
Note: You must be a Team Administrator of a Project Team to follow the following instructions.
- Navigate to the Project Team you wish to make global (i.e. include all users in the organisation)
- Go to the "Team Members" tab and toggle “Everyone in your organisation” to allow all users to join the Project Team
- Only manually added team members will appear in the team member list below on the same page
- Users added through the Global Project Team toggle will automatically have the permission level of "View Own Assessments". To change the permission levels of users, you must manually assign users to the Project Team.
