Workflow Block Improvements

We have introduced two new toggles on the “Send for Approval” Workflow block. Specifically, you can now skip the “Show submit for approval page” page as well as the “Assign back to previous user once reviewed” pages.

By turning off the “Show submit for approval page” toggle, your end users will no longer need to press submit before the assessment is sent for approval.

By turning off the “Assign back to previous user once reviewed” toggle, the last approver will retain ownership of the assessment and proceed to the next block. This allows for chaining of additional blocks such as FORM blocks to collect additional information.

AI Assistant

AI Assistant Conversation Export

We are pleased to announce that you can now export AI Assistant conversations for further analysis. To do this, just press the new “Export to CSV” button on the AI Assistant Dashboard.

Matter Management

Multi-threaded Matters

Matters now support multiple threads of communication. Each matter comes with a unique email address that users can forward, or attach to the CC or BCC line, to add email threads to an existing matter. Users can also compose new email threads from within this action menu.

File Upload in Matters

PDF Preview

Checkbox now supports file previews of PDF files. These files can be directly viewed on platform. Searching through the document is also supported. In the near future, we will support .docx, .doc file extensions.

 

Enhancements

1. Ticketing Block Enhancements: Previously, ticketing block would not create a matter if any workflow variables referenced were uninitialised. Now, the ticketing block will ignore undefined variables and proceed with creating the matter.

3. Matter Files tab improvements:
   1. Supports hiding files.
   2. Orders files in reverse chronological order by received date (latest at top).

Bug Fixes

Resolved the following issues:

1. Views would crash when referencing archived fields.
2. Date/time fields were not selecting properly for US users.
3. Date/time reset wasn’t working.
4. User icons were not displayed properly.
5. Ticket Block reference ID did not match property editor ID.
