Workflow

• Fixed: Docgen file is downloading in .html format rather than .docx
• Fixed: Conditions always evaluating as true if using undeclared variables
• Remove sign off by Checkbox in the “Access later” email.
• Add feature flag for Disable Delete App button
• Fixed: Resolved inconsistent WF approval behaviour from email links

AI Assistant

• Fixed Chatbot UI Responsiveness: The chatbot UI was stretching too wide when viewed on large monitors like 1920x1080, which is the top screen resolution our visitors are using. It was also overlapping on itself on smaller screen sizes. This has been resolved now.

Matter Management

Features

1. File Renaming: Files can be renamed via a new action under the files tab or via the conversation section. For information on file name restrictions head over to: https://support.checkbox.ai/hc/en-us/articles/33614548022425-Matters

1. Merging Matters: Matters can be consolidated via the new merge matters functionality available in the matters section. More information at: https://support.checkbox.ai/hc/en-us/articles/40488414871833-Merging-Matters
   1. When matters are merged:
      • All conversation threads, files, and internal notes from both matters are combined
      • All links to the original matter automatically redirect to the merged matter
      • Future email replies to either matter will be captured in the merged matter, including:
        • Board intake email address
        • Original matter intake email address
        • New matter intake email address

1. Default email intake matter layout: By default, matters will be set to the "General Request" matter layout. This can be changed to another layout configured via the integrations tab within the board settings. If the selected matter layout is archived, the fallback matter layout “General Request” will be used.

Enhancements

1. (INTERNAL INFO ONLY) Email Intake for Matter Management: DKIM/SPF validation turned off to allow for smooth trial experience. Risk is low since MM only accepts emails from known Checkbox users, or from users from verified domains.
   1. File Preview now supports Doc/Docx file types.

Bug Fixes

Resolved the following bugs:

1. Duplicate matters appearing in boards and board search results
2. Pie Chart: After clicking drilldown, the slice remained open.
3. Board Views: After view a view was created, user weren’t re-directed to the new view.
4. Matter messages: Removed limit on number of messages per thread causing a mismatch between thread’s created on date, and the first visible date
5. Multi-select field: Field made more obvious for multiple select (for non color-coded)
6. Slack: Error when creating a matter with a number field containing a value that falls outside the specified minimum and maximum range.
7. Slack: Resolved issue where files of matters in private channels appeared as links and not downloadable files.
8. Slack: Resolved issue where messages in Slack were not synced up with matter management.
9. Default onboarding multi-select fields was saving with 0 options in it. Now users must have at least one option in order to save.
