1. Solutions
"Solutions" are an entirely new concept in Checkbox designed to emulate the software development life cycle (SDLC) process and streamline the user acceptance testing (UAT) experience.
Widgets, Dashboards and Scheduled Tasks are also included as components of Solutions. Using Solutions, users can create and build multiple Apps that can communicate with each other. Further, using the new Test Teams, a Solution can be thoroughly tested with the relevant end users before deploying to a Project Team. New permissions have also been introduced to support this change for Solutions.
Multi-App Solutions and Test Teams are features only available through an appropriate licence. If you would like to opt-in for access, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
2. Data Apps
We have now introduced a new type of App - Data Apps. Data Apps are Apps that can act as a system of record to store, retrieve and update data using a single form.
Data Apps are currently a beta feature. Only available on request unless you are an existing Checkbox customer. If you would like to opt-in for access, please contact your Customer Success Manager.

3. Lookup Field
Users can now use the Lookup field in the FORM block to retrieve information from a separate App within the same Solution and prefill other FORM fields.
