  4. In any column, type in the details of the relevant Assessment you want to view

Note: Each column-based search field operates on an “AND” relationship with each other. e. The user can query a search in 2 or more columns (e.g. by Name and Created On) and find the Assessment that matches these queries.

  5. (Optional) Click onto the search icon again to hide the column-based search fields

Note: : When the column-based search field is hidden, all search queries entered will be cleared.

Limitations and Disabled Columns:

  • The “Owner” column is enabled for both private and public Assessments. However, for public Assessments, search queries only work when searching for private users NOT public users. This is in the case that a Workflow block is used to create a public to private Assessment that involves a private user who can become assigned the “owner” of the Assessment.
  • “Action” columns are disabled
  • The “Creator” column for public Assessments are disabled
